The events that bring the Farmington Valley together
From wine tastings and business breakfasts to golf, a food festival, and a family Halloween, our marquee annual events are where Granby and Simsbury come together every year to celebrate, connect, and do business.
Our signature events
Six marquee gatherings anchor the chamber calendar. Each one raises money, builds relationships, and puts local business front and center across the Farmington Valley.
Our wine-tasting fundraiser at La Figata in Granby, with small bites and raffle prizes. It powers the chamber scholarship fund, which has awarded $18,000 to 26 local graduating seniors since 2015.
Business Leaders Breakfast (February)A morning of connection and candid conversation over breakfast, where Farmington Valley business leaders share what is working now and what comes next for the local economy.
Annual Meeting & Awards (April)The chamber's marquee celebration. We recap the year, seat leadership, and honor the businesses and volunteers who made the biggest difference across Granby and Simsbury.
Golf Classic (May)A full day on the greens at Simsbury Farms Golf Course, with lunch, prizes, and foursomes of members and neighbors. One of the most popular days on the chamber calendar.
Taste of the Valley (June)A new celebration of food, drink, and community at the picturesque Holcomb Farm in Granby. Local restaurants and makers pour and plate the best of the Farmington Valley.
Spooktacular (October)Boos & Brews at Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center: live music, local breweries, food vendors, bounce houses, and trick-or-treating for hundreds of local families.
